Yes, this should probably go to the SELinux project. But there doesn't seem to be a bugzilla section dedicated to security documentation in that project, so I'm placing the bug here. Swift thinks it's a good idea to start reporting all doc bugs here anyway ;) So, I made some readability improvments/fixings to the main SELinux index.html. Reworded a couple of paragraphs to eliminate consecutive duplicate sentences. Also fixed minor English technicalities--pluralization, punctuation, etc. Patch is attached.
