Description Alan Timm 2005-07-14 16:30:58 UTC
This new version of tightvnc will compile under gcc401 and gcc410

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:

This is just a hacked ebuild from alpha5 that I changed the name on. The alpha5
patches appear to apply to alpha7, but I had to hardcode the alpha5 patch names
so they'd work. It would be up to the ebuild maintainer if he/she wants to
update the patch names to alpha7 and update the ebuild.

tightvnc-1.3_alpha7 ebuild

hacked the alpha5 ebuild to grab the alpha7 source.
hardcoded the alpha5 patches which still apply.
the package maintainer may want to update the patch names to alpha7 and update
the ebuild as appropriate

thanks for reporting this, last time i checked there was no new sources for us,
since it compiles with gcc4.x i checked if the gcc3.4 patch is even needed and no
it isn't, left that out for us non gcc4 users ;) the other 3 i copied over,
perhaps dropping the version from the filenames down the road
if you sync now you should be able to try this for your setup, report if there
are any problems, thanks
