Tested by simply bumping the old jbidwatcher-0.9.7.ebuild to jbidwatcher-0.9.7.1.ebuild. Aside from tar complaining about "A lone zero block at 3317" it works without any problems. The changelog says 0.9.7 is broken because of format changes at eBay, please update as soon as possible.
