If I create a new Kernel

the boot Process stops on

Mounting /proc on/proc failed: Device or resource busy

you need to do a dolvm2 on the command line.  Also did you compile genkernel 
with --lvm2?

Yes used both options. 
 
I spend a lot of Time in this Night to verify this...

I tried the same Kernelconfig with genkernel 2.1.6 ...everything works fine

Hi,

Please try rm -rf /usr/share/genkernel/pkg/x86/* and then rerun the initrd stage
of genkernel and try again.

According to a user in bug #98594, this should be RESOLVED-FIXED with genkernel
3.2.3's release.

known to work with genkernel-3.2.3 and newer.
