* festival lastest stable is 1.4.3-r2
* festival wants =speech-tools-1.2.3-r1
* but speech-tools lastest stable is 1.2.3-r2

Tested on ppc

emerged:
app-accessibility/speech-tools-1.2.3-r2
app-accessibility/festival-1.4.3-r3
app-accessibility/festival-gaim-1.1

configured gaim to use festival and listened to some ppl chatting away in irc
seems to work, but high traffic such as in #gentoo is too much to keep up with
for festival (heck, it's hard keeping up just reading the stuff)
No crashes or other nasty or unexpected behaviour.
