The patch webalizer-db4.patch fails to apply to this version, and therefor kills
the emerge process.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge webalizer
2. failed patch!
3. cry



Expected Results:  
emerged.

seeing as how portage asked that you include
/var/tmp/portage/webalizer-2.01.10-r9/temp/webalizer-db4.patch-32219.out in your
bugreport, i might need to see that... please attach it to this bug

well, i did manage to figure out that this is because geoip's patch messes the
db4 patch up

fixed in -r10

however, in the future, please post the files that portage reqests that you post
