Please validate with xmllint (error was just a missing </p>).
Fixed.

Please submit patches (`diff -u current.xml edited.xml>cs.patch`) when you need
to update a document.
Link to "/doc/cs/kernel-upgrade.xml" fixed. File does not exist.
