Floating point exception

Problem appears on two boxes and as far i remember the same version of vice did
actually work when it was installed (approx 1 year ago). app-emulation/vice-1.16
seems to work fine.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install stable version (1.14-r1)
2. x64

With 1.17 stable this bug can be considered solved.
