net-misc/jumpgate is said to have an "as-is" license, but http://jumpgate.sourceforge.net/LICENSE is clearly a BSD license. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. Actual Results: License is shown as "as-is"-license Expected Results: License should be "BSD"
The jumpgate license isn't quite the same as the BSD license; it lacks the following clause: * Neither the name of the <ORGANIZATION> nor the names of its * contributors may be used to endorse or promote products derived from * this software without specific prior written permission. "as-is" and "BSD" are close enough that the end result is essentially the same. I'm not a lawyer, and I'm reluctant to call it BSD when it's really a subset of BSD.
