app-admin/sxid-4.0.2.ebuild
suid, sgid file and directory checking

Ben Collin's excellent and very fast sxid and binary watcher. I don't know if we should 
install a default sxid.conf and crontab. I really think administrators should customize 
this for their system.

I am attaching my sxid.conf and my sxid.list. It's good to watch some binaries other than 
just sxid. I'm not sure of the best way to suggest this to the user.

I am learning from corrections on my other submissions. Here's a revised ebuild
with no version numbers in the ebuild. I would have started using econf sooner
if it was documented anywhere :)
