I've made some kind of ebuild for emu speech database analysis software. The current installation is a bit hacked up, but works for me at least. I marked license as 'as-is', but it might be needed to add a new license as well, as it seems to be customized. I also took the liberty to assign this to sci@gentoo.org seeing that praat was also assigned to you, sorry if the spam goes to wrong direction.
