dev-perl/IO-stringy-1.220.ebuild
I/O on in-core objects like strings and arrays

All the distros seem to include this by default, plus it's actually really useful.

IO-stringy-2.108 is already in portage.

It was added Oct. 23, 2002. I submitted my ebuild 5 days late. doh!
Can we bump the version?
