There seems to be a problem with the manifest information on the gzip ebuild. When I try to emerge the gzip-1.3.5-r8 package, it errors out with a Security violation message - A file exists that is not in the manifest. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. emerge gzip (fails) 2. esync -v 3. emerge gzip (fails) Actual Results: Calculating dependencies ...done! >>> emerge (1 of 1) app-arch/gzip-1.3.5-r8 to / !!! Security Violation: A file exists that is not in the manifest. !!! File: files/digest-gzip-1.3.5-r6 Expected Results: Should have emerged app-arch/gzip-1.3.5-r8 and unmerged the previous version.
