Emerging gst-plugins-mad-0.8.10 does not only build the mad plugin. Check what is actually built and installed. The gst-plugins packages only build their respective plugin regardless of what configure tells you
Yes you're right. It's not installed with the mad-plugin. I'm closing this bug then.
