We have a 4 line change to fix a crash. Not sure yet if we will release 1.2.2.1.. or do u want a patch?

Ok, heres the patch. I'm sending this now as this is the change. When we decide if we will release a 1.2.2.1 then I'll send another note on this bug, but at least for now this correction can go in.
