It's a harmless conflict due to the way I resolved bug 14178. I reconed  
without collision-protect however. I just didn't want to revbump qt when 99.9% 
of boxes with qt emerged don't have or don't use the unixodbc plugin. 
Remerging qt will fix this bug. I guess I'm going to have to revbump qt after 
all now.
