The Readme file in 7664 is called Readme.txt so the ebuild the fails to install documentation. The ebuild should also install the Changelog. I also don't think it is a wise idea to hard code the file name in ${FILESDIR}/nvidia. I will attach a patch that will solve these problems and they also seem to be solved in the 7667 ebuild in #96885

Fix applied to version 1.0.7664 and 1.0.7667 of the driver.
