Thank you for taking the time to report this bug. Unfortunately, the GNU C compiler on your system is out-of-date. Please, update gcc to latest version 3.3.5.20050130-r1 to see if that takes care of the issue.
GCC Installation was broken somehow. RE-emerged gcc binary package all is working now
