Tested succesfully on ppc for several weeks.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge sys-apps/sandbox-1.2.8
2. add sandbox to features in /etc/make.conf
3. emerge other stuff


Actual Results:  
success!

Nobody has a stable version of sandbox yet (it's included with portage) this
package is a development version. Closing WONTFIX, but thanks for testing.

As we should test a newer portage-version, we also need sandbox.  So, reopened.
