Right now, there's only two packages that rely on gnu-jaxp: xmojo-bin and adaptx. Both rely on =dev-java/gnu-jaxp-1.0*, but now gnu-jaxp-1.3 is available. So, if you happen to emerge -atvDuN world regularly, and have one of those installed, you'll go between upgrading and downgrading gnu-jaxp. I've tested adaptx against the new gnu-jaxp, and it seems to compile fine.
