pyxf86config: python bindings for libxf86config, a library for /etc/X11/{XF86Config-4,xorg.conf} handling, contained in x11 (XFree86 and Xorg). This package is taken from RedHat/Fedora tree.

This is my first ebuild. It has been tested by folks in my lab in several machines with Python versions, at least, 2.3 and 2.4 (maybe 2.2). I don't know about the -fPIC flag. As the original .spec had it, I decided to keep it.

Fixed
