I've received translated file from Jan Narovec. Unfortunately, I haven't had enough time to check it for correctness and XML formatting, I just did some updates to reflect latest English version and checked several paragraphs. Please don't expect any update before 2005-07-17 as I will be away from computer till that.

In case you want to add it to the CVS, feel free to do so, but I can't guarantee that the translation is correct.

Since the /doc/cs tree isn't live, I'm pushing this in. Reopen later if need be.
