Hi!

I was recently experiencing problems with my OpenAFS 1.2.10 server
and was searching for logs... I knew they were generated, but since
AFS uses /etc/afs, /usr/afs, /usr/afsws and /usr/vice I never can
keep track of them... Anyway I found them and realized afs.server had
a dependency on DNS.

To simplify, I found -syslog[=facility] for bosserver, and all other
servers. Since using syslog is "the right thing", I think it would be
nice to just include " -syslog" in all "bos create" commands in the
guide.

[I have sent a bug/feature request about including a -syslog and DNS
dependency in afs.conf and /etc/init.d/afs.server.]

Well, since adding it to all the commands would clutter it even more, I have
added a paragraph in the beginning of the guide referring to the -syslog option
for the bos commands.
