As the summary suggests, the source to saxon is available. In addition, there is a new version available (8.4b versus 8.0b).

saxon-8.4b.ebuild

Nothing out of the ordinary for this ebuild.
Since no build.xml is provided, I used the one, once again, from bug #92014 as
a based. It needed a lot of tweaking to create jars that resemble the ones from
saxon-bin.
Also, a small patch was needed for jikes.
