Description Ahil 2005-06-28 06:32:45 UTC
Hi!

Attached is an ebuild for KSalup.
KSalup is an enhanced port of Winpopup for KDE. It also allows the user to send
and receive Winpopup messages over a local network.

I suggest net-im/ksalup

Best regards.

The ebuild has invalid header - see

Comment 4 Wulf Krueger (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2007-06-21 20:32:23 UTC
This application seems to be unmaintained nowadays which would mean I wouldn't want to make an ebuild for it. I've contacted upstream to ask about its current status.

Is there still interest in this?

Ok, the author has confirmed the ksalup is dead and added:

"Furthermore, I consider that KSalup can, nowadays,
easily be replaced by a more powerful networking tool, which was
perhaps not the case when I started to develop it..."
