Kamil comes to join us in the video herd. He currently works for a digital television company and has spectacular knowledge about video theory. I will be mentoring him through the recruitment process. Since he has already proven substantial video knowledge, I don't need to work with him on that. However, he hasn't written up any ebuilds, so I'm going to work with him on ebuild writing before I hand him the quiz. The currently documented period is 1 month, which I plan to adhere to unless I can find any reason why I should bring him on sooner, and at that point I will comment here. He has also passed the walking on hot coal test, so his initiation should be done shortly. The local prophet of doom is on vacation, so the blood pacts are somewhat delayed.

After some discussion Kamil has decided to step down from the recruitment process. There was an issue as to what part of Gentoo he wanted to contribute to, and having no solid answer has decided to wait it off until something good pops up. Not sure on how to resolve this bug so..
reopen this bug if/when he's decided what he wants to do.
