Bug 97182 – rmagick version bump (1.8.3)

Rmagick 1.8.3 has been out for about ten days. Just wondering if there is an
ebuild being made. Also I'm not sure if you knew this but rmagick 1.8.3 is
dependent on gnu-gs-fonts-std (Ghostscript fonts) otherwise the tests fail.

Can you whip up an ebuild, try it out, and attach it?

RMagick 1.8.3 Ebuild

I'm sorry, I am not very knowledgable about making ebuilds and there is a
sandbox violation (chmod I think) when installing. I'm not sure how to get
around this, maybe someone who has more experience with ebuilds can help.

You had a couple of ${D} missing. This works for me.

I've bumped rmagick to 1.9.0 using the gems eclass as it's cleaner. Please file
new bugs if you have any problems.
