Comment 3 Martin Holzer (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2003-01-01 04:55:46 UTC
did you try gcc 3.2.1 ?
Comment 4 Wesley Leggette 2003-01-14 19:56:23 UTC
I've had this problem too, but it said Line 358 in src_compile.

CHOST="i686-pc-linux-gnu"
CFLAGS="-mcpu=athlon-xp -O3 -pipe"

Before it starts building it says that you have to set CFLAGS to "less
agressive" settings. I'm going to try setting my CFLAGS to the defaults, but
shouldn't the ebuild automatically set these if it needs to?
Comment 5 Seth Chandler 2003-02-09 19:44:23 UTC
is this a problem anymore? hav eyou tried 1.0.2?
