when type this command emerge -u --deep world
gst-plugins always re-emerge.
But The problem is :
everi time gst-plugins will re-emerge 
volume applet and audio system in gnome  working, after re-emerge and after
reboot audio system in gnome don't work;after re-emerge working....



Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge -u --deep world



Actual Results:  
gst-plugins only rebuild if --deep

  >>>  to media-libs/gst-plugins-0.8.7
....
  >>>  to media-libs/gst-plugins-0.8.8-r2

This is not a bug

Do:

emerge -pvutD world

and find the package that makes it go down to 0.8.7
