Please post the output of 'emerge --info' and explain what the error messages
mean in English.

Comment 4 Marcelo Goes (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-01-25 16:15:28 UTC
I had a different problem with 1.3.2, but 1.3.4 emerged fine.
Comment 5 Mart Raudsepp gentoo-dev 2006-04-20 14:30:07 UTC
Does poedit-1.3.4 with re-evaluated toolchain work OK now?
Comment 6 Mart Raudsepp gentoo-dev 2006-04-20 14:32:33 UTC
... or 1.3.2, seeing as 1.3.4 is still ~x86/~amd64
IF testing with 1.3.2 results in failure, then 1.3.4 would be useful to test.
Comment 7 Mark Loeser (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-04-20 21:33:57 UTC
Mart: is 1.3.4 ready to go stable as far as you can tell?
Comment 8 Mart Raudsepp gentoo-dev 2006-04-21 08:28:52 UTC
It's been around for long, and recently we just fixed the desktop icon, so it seems fine in my opinion to go into stabilizing process.
I'm more concerned about stabilizing wxGTK/wxpython at first before apps (after seeing apps work against them), but in case of poedit, the last version available has been in portage ~arch since October 2005, so should be fine to stabilize.
Comment 9 Mart Raudsepp gentoo-dev 2006-08-03 00:13:37 UTC
Stabilization request is filed as bug #142612. Closing.
