Some .h like gpsutils.h, that are in the source, aren't copied in /usr/include

Thanks for the report. I would like to know why these headers should be 
installed. What do you need them for?

Closing. The ebuild installs the header files deemed appropriate by 
upstream developers. Feel free to reopen if you have a need for some header  
files that are not installed.
