There are at least the following issues with this ebuild:

webapp-config:

The ebuild does not use webapp-config. The problem is that the path to the
application is set in the apache.conf file provided by the kolabd ebuild. So
currently this installs to /var/www/kolab/admin

templates_c:

The smarty templates are cached into a directory in /usr/lib/php/admin
This directory should probably be in the web directory. It might also have the
wrong permissions (depending on the user apache is using).
