xmms plugins don't all work for me, even the unmasked ones. i get a bit of flicker and quite a few of them crash xmms with the standard error messages, but they are updated often and it's no big deal. It might be my nvidia drivers, but they're the latest stable versions. Iris works fine. But nebulus actually crashed X, which hardly ever happens to me. i'm marking it major, because a package marked stable shouldn't be able to cause such havoc... i beg your forgiveness. it's better now. i changed a couple of things in my xorg.conf then changed them back, re-emerged my nvidia drivers, and now it's better. i've commented the "dri" line, but i think that's all i've changed since i posted this bug. you can close the bug though. thanks.
