mm-sources with the doc flag is unable to build dodcumentation, and fails when
trying to run xmlto.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. remove app-text/xml-to
2. turn doc use-flag on
3. install mm-sources

Actual Results:  
ebuild installed, but without documentation

Expected Results:  
install documentation
