When choosing the menu action Help->Predefined functions, the program cannot
find the linked html, that should be located onto
/usr/lib/python2.3/MANUAL/funcpredefs.html

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.start pythong
2.go to help->Predefined functions

Actual Results:  
URL not found

Expected Results:  
Found URL and showed in the browser
