Although automake-1.9.5 is installed, emerge'ing net-proxy/dante-1.1.15-r2 fails
during configure, that claimed that automake-1.9 couldn't be found.
It happened during an emerge -e system done with ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~86"
Downgrading to ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="x86" didn't solve the problem.

net-proxy/dante failed to configure because of a missing automake-1.9

Expected Results:  
net-proxy/dante should have been emerge'd

I am using lxnay's LiveCD to build the system.
emerge info is:

you have insane CFLAGS, sorry. 
I am speaking about -ffast-math
