default path in cherokee/handler_php.c for php-cgi binary is
/usr/lib/php-cgi/php4, in gentoo php-cgi emerges under /usr/bin/php-cgi

/usr/bin/php-cgi is still correct (it's a symlink which you can point to either PHP4 or PHP5 via app-admin/php-toolkit; the real binary is installed to /usr/lib/php[45]/bin)

this is fixed for the only version in CVS.
