Comment 1 Chad 2005-06-21 23:29:21 UTC
This is a few days overdue, but the problem appears to have miraculously fixed
itself... A week after filing this bug report, I reinstalled another Gentoo
box, going with nearly identical USE and CFLAGS. openoffice built w/out issue
on this fresh box. scratching my head, I went back, and attempted what I
outlined in this bug report on the machine in this bug report. It built... ???
I tried to get it to build for days prior to filing this report - a week later
it built fine. Only a few core packages got updated in portage - so I am not
sure what fixed it, but it appears to be fine now.

That's the way we like our bugs;)
