patch made to the ebuild

I made a small patch which prevents the ebuild from creating a user and
installing init.d/conf.d scripts, since they are far too Gentoo Linux specific
to be of any use on OSX IMHO. Are there any objections against removing those
from the ebuild for OSX only?

The ebuild has no USE flags and indeed compiles fine on OSX Tiger

I just ekeyworded the ebuild ~ppc-macos, as more ebuilds just seem to install
the init.d stuff on OSX.
