I have created an ebuild for Abakus. It is a simple calculator for kde, similar to bc with a kde gui (http://grammarian.homelinux.net/abakus/). I think this best belongs in sci-calculators.

Jan, please have a look at kde-misc/kdissert-0.9.0 for a more or less correct ebuild. Differencing between prefix and DESTDIR is essential, libsuffix is needed for the amd64 guys. If ustream doesn't support that, get in contact with them; They'll love to see a patch. And better make the dep >=dev-util/scons-0.96.1. I've seen your email. Make take some time, but you get an answer. herd: We have a growing number of these ebuilds. Probably time for a preliminary kde-scons eclass before we work out the other issues wth the existing ones?!
Created attachment 61260 [details] abakus-0.80.2.ebuild updated ebuild. I have added the libsuffix for amd64, and it compiles, but since I don't have an amd64 I am not sure it works. In the ebuild you mentioned there was a dependency for python. I think that python is only necessary to run scons and since python is a dependency of scons, I think this dependency is unnecessary.
Added Version 0.80.2 to Portage, it is currently on ~x86, as I don't have amd64 available to test there. If somebody can report if it compiles there we can mark it ~amd64 also.
