Bug 96011 – rsync22.us new server maintainer - need to fix rsync

As far as i'm aware our public mirror has been removed from the main rotation
due to it being very out of date, we would like to get this corrected
immediately and get our server back up to date and in the main rotation.

The IP we need added back into the ACL/DNS for rsync22.us is 206.251.228.59 as
that appears to be the IP the rsync requests are going out on now.

Also, Javier will not be maintaining this server any more.  I have taken over
the admin duties of the server.

The mirror server is now rsync'd and current, ready to be re-added to the main
rotation.

Timestamp shows Wed Jun 15 17:06:42 UTC 2005 as of right now.

I have added you into the ACL to sync from rsync1.us.gentoo.org. Please give
that about an hour from the timestamp of this bug to sync up and allow you in.

I have added you as rsync22.us.gentoo.org in the rsync.us.g.o rotation.
