1. emerge --sync
2. FEATURES="sandbox" ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~x86" emerge -av --oneshot planner

Actual Results:  
Sandbox access violation occurs.

Expected Results:  
A clean compile and merge is expected.

Wow, I don't know who fixed it, but it seems to work afer emerge --sync. Emerge
does not complain about sandbox violations, and files in 
/usr/share/pygtk/2.0/codegen are not orphaned (owned by pygtk).
