Jean-François joined security as a scout in December, 2004 and has shown dedication in helping security ever since. After spending some time drafting GLSAs for us as an Apprentice, it's about time for him to join the GLSA coordinators team and help us wrangle security bugs.

I've just reinstalled Gentoo. I've created a backup of my .gnupg directory
before reinstalling but not of my .ssh directory. So, now I get a "Permisison
denied (public key)" message when I try to log into dev.gentoo.org

We haven't heard from Jean-François for a long time. In March he was removed from the security mail alias, bugzilla group and his glsamaker account was disabled. He answered a mail at that time and wanted to get on IRC, but that was the last time he has been heard from.
