The description doesn't make a lot of sense. You got a corrupt entry in your db, this has nothing todo with 'Gentoo QA'. Best is probably to just rebuild the offending version (1.0.8-r5), remove it and then rebuild the stable 1.0 version 1.0.9 . closing, not a bug.
