Bug 95654 – qpkg manpage lacks description of certain calling modes.

man qpkg doesn't describe what happens when you call "qpkg icecast". List of
all packages containing the string icecast in their name will be printed.
I suggest description of this operating mode to be added.

man qpkg states what "qpkg" (without arguments) does only in examples. I consider
this a bad practice. According to my opinion, the behaviour of the described
object should be clear from the documentation even when examples are stripped.

I suggest to add a note "qpkg without arguments print list of packages".

qpkg is buggy, deprecated, unmaintained and replaced by equery in new gentoolkit
version.  Don

qpkg is deprecated and not maintained anymore.
