"Hardware platform" can mean two things: hardware platform the user is running on, or hardware platform the bug manifests on. Which meaning is the right one can be deduced by opening the menu and seeing "All", as noone has computer based on "All" hardware platform. However this can be frustrating for user, as it has been frustrating to me. I think it's better to state it directly. I suggest to change "Hardware platform" to "Hardware platform the bug is supposed to manifest on" and the same with Operating system. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
All is considered the default, in which most users do not touch this setting. As is the case with the 'operating system' drop down.
