The new breakout of init from baselayout prevents the use of static as a USE
variable.  This is an important feature for a production system.  I don't have
time right now to add a patch to this bug for the ebuild,  but I can if it's a
hassle for the maintainer.

[ebuild  N    ] sys-apps/sysvinit-2.86  -bootstrap -build (-selinux) 100 kB
