Point2Play crashes with a segmentation fault after pressing 'Continue' on the
setup wizard.  It displays the following on the console:

tail: `-1' option is obsolete; use `-n 1' since this will be removed in the future

head: `-1' option is obsolete; use `-n 1' since this will be removed in the future
QPainter::begin: Cannot paint null pixmap
QPainter::setPen: Will be reset by begin()
QPainter::setBrush: Will be reset by begin()
QPainter::setBrush: Will be reset by begin()
QPainter::setPen: Will be reset by begin()
QPainter::setPen: Will be reset by begin()

'Minnesegmentsfeil' is Norwegian, and means 'memory segmentation fault'.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Point2Play
2. Press 'Continue'

Actual Results:  
Point2Play crashed with an error message on the console

Expected Results:  
The setup wizard should have continued
