=app-shells/bash-completion-2.16.0 fails its test phase for me, specifically the following tests:

test/t/unit/test_unit_get_first_arg.py::TestUnitGetFirstArg::test_9_skip_optarg_6
test/t/unit/test_unit_quote.py::TestUnitQuote::test_2
test/t/unit/test_unit_get_first_arg.py::TestUnitGetFirstArg::test_9_skip_optarg_7
test/t/unit/test_unit_quote.py::TestUnitQuote::test_3
test/t/unit/test_unit_quote.py::TestUnitQuote::test_4
test/t/unit/test_unit_quote.py::TestUnitQuote::test_5
test/t/test_ssh.py::TestSsh::test_options_with_args_and_arg_counting
test/t/test_wtf.py::TestWtf::test_1
test/t/test_ssh.py::TestSsh::test_2

Some of these appear to be caused by the fact that I have a large /etc/hosts (to block malware etc., from https://github.com/StevenBlack/hosts ) that includes several hostnames beginning with "ls"; some appear to be caused by ImageMagick 7 printing deprecation messages when any command other than "magick" is invoked; and some aren't clear to my cursory investigation.
