Per https://github.com/syslog-ng/syslog-ng/pull/5263#issuecomment-2730207281, I think we should consider p.use.masking that flag for syslog-ng.

No idea how many people actually do this, but if it's abandonded upstream then sadly that's probably the best course of action for now. If upstream fixes the problem (via the PR or otherwise) we can always re-enable.
